This Level 5 Apprenticeship is designed for teaching assistants ready to move from supporting classroom learning to facilitating it. You will gain advanced skills in planning lessons, leading small groups, and guiding diverse learners, empowering you to make a greater impact in your school.
This programme equips you with the practical knowledge and confidence to manage a classroom environment, support SEND learners, and collaborate closely with teaching staff. Shape learning experience with expertise and compassion.

You will gain advanced skills in adapting learning, delivering targeted interventions and working collaboratively with professionals to support pupils with additional needs. This pathway equips you with the knowledge and confidence to implement EHCPs effectively, remove barriers to learning and evidence measurable impact for pupils with SEND.
You will develop advanced expertise in subject or phase-specific pedagogy, structured small-group teaching and assessment for learning. This pathway equips you to strengthen classroom instruction, support curriculum progression and deliver measurable impact on pupil attainment.
You will gain advanced expertise in relational practice, behaviour support and early mental health intervention within school settings. This pathway equips you to create safe, nurturing environments that enable pupils to regulate, engage and thrive.
