The Careers Officer Programme equips school staff to design, deliver and lead high-quality careers education aligned to the Gatsby Benchmarks. As expectations on schools increase, this programme builds internal expertise to connect learners with employers, pathways and opportunities.
This programme develops the knowledge and confidence to manage careers provision strategically, engage employers and support learners to make informed decisions about their future.
