High Potential Leadership Programme
The High Potential Leadership Programme is built for ambitious middle managers ready to lead beyond the day-to-day.
Take your leadership to the next level with our immersive modules covering the non- negotiables of effective leadership; from managing yourself to managing whole teams and organisations, equipping you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to navigate the climb with confidence.
Completion grants you Advanced Entry into our flagship Senior Leadership Programmes with Masters pathways, supporting you on every step of your journey to the top.
