Apprenticeship programme

School Improvement Programme

About the programme

Welcome to the new approach to school improvement

This Level 6 programme is designed for professionals in schools, multi-academy trusts (MATs) and local authorities who want to improve how education services are designed and delivered. It develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to redesign services around the needs of pupils, families, staff and stakeholders.

Learners explore how to improve complex education services such as attendance, behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, transitions and parental engagement through a user-centred, collaborative and evidence-based approach.

The programme also develops practical AI capability through embedded learning, enabling learners to identify opportunities for AI use, evaluate AI-enabled solutions and support responsible innovation to improve outcomes and effectiveness across education services.
