School Improvement Programme
Welcome to the new approach to school improvement
This programme is for professionals in schools, MATs and local authorities who want to improve how education services work in practice. It develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to redesign services around pupils, families, staff and stakeholders.
The programme equips learners to improve complex services such as attendance, behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, transitions and parental engagement through a user-centred, collaborative and iterative approach.
